Company History
We are proud of our humble beginning and founder Dave Zowine’s mission to get Ethernet into every Arizona school. In 1997, our very first entity, MGA Employee Services, now SitePro Solutions, was formed with the sole purpose of filling the many telecommunications positions necessary to make that happen.
This staffing endeavor was so successful that in 2004 we founded Covelo Group to help meet the demand for per diem nursing and allied healthcare positions in Los Angeles. Offices in San Francisco, Sacramento and San Jose soon followed. Suddenly, we saw all of the good we could do in the healthcare realm and a new business venture was born.
Responding to market demand
In 2006, we founded MGA Homecare in Phoenix to care for medically fragile children from the comfort of their homes. The business boomed and soon followed with offices in Colorado and Texas.
Circle of Care Colorado was launched in 2019, offering in-home support services through a Colorado Medicaid program, allowing families to provide health maintenance activities for their child within the comfort of home.
In early 2020, ZOE capitalized on the significant growth of the pediatric home healthcare market and sold the company’s home care businesses, including MGA Homecare, MGA Academy and Circle of Care, to a private equity firm.
Guided by corporate leadership
So how do we manage these various enterprises? ZOE Holding Company was formed in 2006 to house all of these growing companies under one umbrella. Our headquarters are in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona, with satellite offices throughout the country.
As a holding company, we provide the operations, strategy and financial engine support that allows our subsidiary companies to focus on providing outstanding staffing services to companies throughout the US.
Welcome to the ZOE Holding Company family. We’re happy you’re here.
