We are proud of our humble beginning and founder Dave Zowine’s mission to get Ethernet into every Arizona school. In 1997, our very first entity, MGA Employee Services, was formed with the sole purpose of filling the many telecommunications positions necessary to make that happen.
This staffing endeavor was so successful that in 2004 we founded MGA Healthcare Staffing to help meet the demand for per diem nursing and allied healthcare positions in Los Angeles. Offices in San Francisco and Sacramento soon followed. Suddenly, we saw the all the good we could do in the healthcare realm and a new business venture was born.
Responding to market demand
In 2006, we founded MGA Home Healthcare in Phoenix to care for medically fragile children from the comfort of their homes. The business boomed and more locations soon followed:

- Dallas, 2012
- Austin, 2013
- Denver, 2014
Next up was something outside of the healthcare realm but this enterprise still held true to our mission of helping amazing people find the perfect job: Duke’s Drivers & Logistics was founded in Walnut Creek, California in 2016 as a way of placing local Class A, B and C truck drivers. We’ve expanded into logistics and warehouse staffing based on client demand, and we now support Duke’s clients in five states.
Guided by corporate leadership
So how did it all come together? In 2006, Zoe Holding Company was formed to house all of these growing companies under one umbrella. Our headquarters are in beautiful Phoenix, Arizona, with satellite offices throughout California, Colorado and Texas.
